Curry Ketchup...

Is probably my new favorite condiment...

I just discovered this like, last week when I was at a Belgian restaurant...

I've since tried it on nearly every single food I've eaten since then...

I love Curry...And I love Ketchup...

Why this never occured to me sooner is a mystery...

I've never heard of such a thing. You just blew my freakin' mind.

When I was in Puerto Rico, everything came with a side of some orange sauce. My brother in law was flipping out over how delicious it was and how depressed he would be when we got back to the states. He would be forever longing for this strange new condiment.

Then we took a guided tour of the rainforest and on the way back, stopped at a roadside stand for mixed drinks. They also sold bottles of (guess what) "Ketchup-mayo". I bought two bottles of the stuff, some fried plantains and got back on the bus.

I gave them to my bro a few months later for his birthday and he completely hit the roof. Best gift I've ever given someone.

at one of the restaurants i work in (culina) in edmonton has spicy ketchup. we mix ketchup and bbq sauce and that chinese shit with the rooster on it. its spicy i think has a green tip. i dunno. is pretty good though.

Yeah, thats the stuff.

Everyone I know calls it Cock Sauce because of the rooster on the front..

But yeah...Sriracha, or some such...
