So I filled out a support ticket twice now

And I still ain't got a response. Goobler bought this support account for me so I have no idea what he set the password as when he set it up. I wanna get my shroomery email working can someone help me out here?

Hmmm, would that be ticket #1792 which I replied to yesterday at 3:35PM? Or ticket #1354 which I replied to on July 27, 2006 at 11:34PM? I just want to be sure we're on the same page here.

I have never got a single pm from you you can go into my account and check I swear. That is really freakin weird I mean I could be stoned and not seeing it I am gonna go double check but I swear I didn't see one.
