Noob software to create trippy visuals.
    #6653392 -

I have been searching around for some good kaleidiscopic visual trip stuff, but to no avail. I want to make stuff similar to the Media Player type visuals but looped.....I like to zone out to that stuff. Can it be done with flash software or what......help!

Probably could be done with that software, but it might be more easily animated with java via flash, or any sort of object oriented visual language. I can only imagine the programming that would go into such a program.

I don't think it's quite what you're looking for but I still have to suggest electric sheep. (it's a screen saver)

Just use the windows media player plugins, or a third-party plugin like mentioned earlier, and make a playlist and put it on repeat.

You can use Advanced Visualization Studio or Milkdrop. They both come with winamp and you can use them inside it.

Milkdrop is amazing..

I have an old program called Mandala on a cd somewhere that's kinda like electric sheep, but 8 years earlier. It's pretty cool and I used to get stoned and stare at it while listening to music back in high school. I'll see if I can find and upload it tomorrow.
