Anyone ever used mycological peptone?

Mycosupply offers some in 100 gm. orders used for making liquid cultures. Does anyone know the proper measurements needed for making LC's with this and if pressure cooking can be done past the usual 20-30 min. mark with this?

I wish I had some helpful info,I too have wondered this question and just never bothered to ask.There doesn't seem to be much info on the boards,I have seen it mentioned in mushrooms books but it seems like one of those things that has sort of fell out of use with the general mushroom cultivating population,I hope someone chimes in with more info

Peptone is an easily accessible source of protein for myc.

I'm not sure about LC but for agar the recipe in TMC is
20g tan malt
5g ground rye grain
5g peptone or neopeptone
2 g yeast(optional)
20g agar
