Spore Flushes

I was wondering how many times you can take sporeprints from the same mushrooms. I mean growing, taking prints, growing with the prints taken and so on... I searched a little bit, but didn't search too much I guess. Thank you guys!

It should be pretty much infinite. Since reproduction by spores is similar to sexual reproduction in humans in that there are two haploid (1N) cells involved, each one has some genetic variation. After a while, if you choose mushrooms that are similar, the entire strain will start looking somewhat (but not completely) alike.

That is true of spawn running (ie. inoculating several or larger jars of substrate with a single jar of colonized substrate), I believe. TMC (pg. 53) says that spawn transfers beyond the third generation are not reccomended.
