Second flush will come naturally, provided a daily misting and fannings.
Now about this park ranger, you give him what he`s asked for.

where i live park rangers have more authority than the cops. they can enter your home without a search warrant.

Just maintain the conditions and 2nd flush will come. If your flush was sparse, you may want to level the substrate and casing layer off a bit next time. Keep it as even as possible.

As for the park ranger, I'd send him that fax.

I'm assuming that when you say u were stopped by the park ranger you were in a car? and I am guessing if so then he has your plate number so either way send him the info.

btw, did he know u were tripping?
