Help me find out who this Reggae Artist was

I heard this artist at a friends house a while ago.
Now the thing that might make some reggae fans know who this is, was that he had a very unique vocal style.
he sang a lot of "bingy bingy boing bingy"... i dunno if that sounded the same in your head.

but try to made some recommendation to who it might be.
dont say matisyahu..... it wasnt the same as that.
a lot of "bingy"

hahahaha... thats not a lot to go off of i know.

wow how many reggae artists do you think there are out there that say things like

"Ah bingy bingy boing, ah-go ah-go a-wah-dey, semma tuppity dey, ah go bingy longo wey..."

That's like asking which Reggae artist said "Lord 'ave mercy"... :smile:

I listen to Reggae a good bit, and I have no idea.

Some old Toots and the Maytals features Toots singing like that, but I can't recall him saying "bingy".

yes, it was eek-a-mouse, most likely the song "ganja smugglin" or "wah-do-dem".
