amazing, they have auroras on the south pole just like they have the northern lights in the north :smile:

an amazing picture if i do say so myself.

You can even see the large and small Magellanic clouds top center.

i read thats a reflection coming from a whole in the earth. and inside the whole is a world within a world. that theirs another sun inside this earth.

Man, that is a fantastic picture! Even without the comet it would be great. I've never seen such a variety of color in a single aurora image!

BTW, spaceweather.com is a great site. I pop in there regularly.
