I *think* i've found a huge patch of growing shrooms inside this rotting fallen tree, from a bit of research I would guess that its bohemica (do these grow in the uk??) and that they came up due to the sudden change in weather (wet / hot / wet / hot)... Anyway, there appears to be a good 1000 there so does anyone know about this strain? does it grow in the uk at all?

Also how long are they likely to stay there for (newb)?

Obviously we need pics or/and more detailed info like gill pattern and color, spore print color, size of the mushroom, its color and shape. All i can tell you is that you found mushrooms, now you gimmie some info!
