Bloodwolf -- Illustration in progress

I found this awesome sketch on deviantART and decided that it was cool and challenging enough to ink and color ... despite the original concept artist's plan to finish the piece, it has been well over a year since the sketch was uploaded, and thus nothing had ever been done with it ... unfortunate ...

i love the subtle gradations like in the teeth and the eyes and the nose. it gives it a cool style that will really go well with the style of the drawing in the end.
