Havent eaten today

so I havent eaten anything all day and Im not planning on eating anything until at least tomorrow. I am kind of hungry now though. who thinks I should keep with it and go for a three day fast. Im planning on doing a fast sometime soon and I wanted to not eat anything today just to see what its like. so should I stick with it and keep going

i once tried to go on a three day fast and broke it within 6 hours. i say go for it and chow down.

yeah it ain't easy.

if you think you'd have a hard time not eating anything at all,

then maybe consider doing a three day apple fast instead. :mushroom2:

simply eat apples only, organic of course, whenever you feel hungry,

drink plenty of water, and after the third day have two tablespoons of virgin olive oil to make up for fat.

eat lightly the next day.

yea maybe Ill do that. but Im still not going to eat anything until tomorrow, Ive already told myself I wouldnt eat anything today and I want to go through with that. With what youre talking about why would you want the olive oil to make up for the fat?

you dont sound so experienced with fasting and its not good not to OVERDO it. so be careful. i would start out slow.

well go through with it if you want to but some words of advice

DO NOT SMOKE ANY WEED, because the munchies will take over your vow

DRINK LOTS OF WATER, because thats just common sense

DO NOT WORK OUT OR LIFT OR DO ANYTHING AEROBIC OR CARDIOVCASCULAR, because that will get you very hungry and make you feel like a starving african (NO OFFENSE TO MY FELLOW BROTHA'S!)

Yea youre right I dont have any experience with fasting whatsoever. Im drinking lots of water and Im trying to use as little energy as possible seeing as how Im not taking any energy in. I can control the want of food for the most part and Im not planning on smoking any weed so I think I can do it
