Mid-colonization pinning

Hey everyone, new guy here. I have a question about jars, I've got about 5 jars growing mycelium right now, each is close to 50% colonized. But the problem is, one of the jars is already pinning, why is it doing that? And what can I do to stop it, if anything? This already happened to me once and I left the cakes in the jars and the biomass in there ended up attracting bacteria. Any help input would be great, thanks!

Well, I don't know why it happened. Exposure to light maybe?

I wouldn't worry about it. Let the cubies grow invitro and let the rest of the mycelium to colonize. If the fruits mature and open you will have to open the jar and probably birth the cake. Otherwise I would just leave it alone. Semi-Hippi Tek.
