Eating Rice Cakes after they are done flushing??

I've heard that the rice substrate cakes the shrooms grow on are actually quite psychadelic after they are through fruiting.. Is this the case? Can anyone offer any tips on how to dose with a spent rice cake?? I'm sure vermiculite is not tasty!!

Do not eat a cake. Vermiculite is a carcinogen.

Blend your cake in 100% cranberry juice. Let sit for 20-30 mins then strain through a rag/towel. Drink, trip, and enjoy.

The first time i tried this out i bought a gallon of 20% cran juice, and used it before i relized it wasnt 100%. It still worked (body high and some fish eyed vision), but i bet it would have worked better with 100%
