Here a question. What's the best way to make a Rueben sandwich?? I enjoy those allot but haven't found a way that I like the most.

warm up your sourkraut in microwave, put your corn beef in a skillet along with sourkraut and Thousand Island dressing, provolone and swiss cheese, and pepperoni; for added meat, on your rye bread and cook up until bread is a little browned(just a little). There you go. Hope you enjoy.

Oh yea, sorry. I also put provolone and swiss cheese along with pepperoni for added meat on it.

not really, i dont like rye bread... but thats the only part that really gets me, i guess i have to try one on wheat.

heat up a skillet butter some rye bread or pumperninkle depending how irish you are get those toasted throw down some delicious corned or pickled beef, toss that around so it gets heated up and then throw down some saurkraut right on the skillet, throw that around then throw that saurkraut on the beer, kill the heat and topp with provalone or mottz, your choice, finally top with some delicious thousand island or make your own sauce.

actually, you're right and wrong. You CAN make a reuben with pastrami, in fact that's the kind i like, but the reuben originally used corn beef as it's meat.
