obsurd neighbor problem!!!!!

this families domestic problems disgust me.

the mother yells at the kids for everything they do, and lets them get away with everything.
like:
they are outside playing, she yells for them to come in, they say 10 more minutes and pester her!!! and she says "ok fine ten more minutes"
this goes on 4 or 5 times til it gets dark, then she yells at them for staying out late.

these kids are being raised in a very scary way! this has got to have messed up their psych pretty bad, this lady is scary. my girlfriend cant sleep at night because we hear them screaming through the walls at each other and slamming doors. the husband will leave at 12 at night screaming at them all, and come back at 3 in the morning drunk to share some more of what he has to say to them.

when we first moved here, the kids asked what hotel my girlfriend worked at, and said "oh we stayed there when daddy locked us out of the house"

the kids are always knocking on our door asking to use the bathroom and come in the house, who lets their kids go in strangers houses? this is not safe at all!

the mother walked up to me one day and started a conversation about cars with flames on the hoods, cause they are definately drug dealers. then she proceeded to tell my girlfriend about how they walk around the house naked together.

at first this family was not so bad, but being as i live in a complex and we all share walls, i hear everything that happends over there and ive never been so scared/disgusted/annoyed/confused/emotionaly weighted in sorrow

i cannot imagine what their kids must be growing up through, this is not a good life for them at all.

my girlfriend and me talk about this every single day! she always suggests calling the cops, i always want to just call the lanlord and complain, but now im thinking child protective services!
these people have a very disfunctional relationship and household, and everyone in the complex is afraid to go outside cause of the kids, they swarm you 3 at a time, hang and jump on you, and pester you with questions.

what the hell is one to do? a lawnchair and paintball gun?
no seriously though i need some advice, this is out of control.

the kids have also slaughtered some of my plants i have outside, hacking a rivea corymbosa up with a stick, and trashing some long planter boxes i had out there full of dirt.

Tell the kids you're not their parents and to fuck off. Then spray them with the garden hose. Little shits. I can't stand kids. They smell bad and never shut the hell up.

Call the police and report vandalism. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to do that.
