I saw Apocalypto Yesterday
    #6360750 -

Mel Gibson's new movie, if you arent familiar. School was boring me yesterday, so I called it a snow day and went to the theatre.

The movie was pretty good. I had seen a trailer for it a few months ago, and the trailer was AWESOME, so I figured I'd give the movie a shot, even though I'm diametrically opposed to Mel Gibson himself.

I'm glad I did. The shooting was awesome, the suspense was there the whole movie, and the action scenes were cool. I dont usually go for action-y type movies, but this one had a great story, and you never felt like you were watching action for action's sake.

So go see the movie, if you dont mind contributing a little bit of $$ to a Jesus-Freak Jew-Hating Holocaust Denier.

i refuse to pay to see this movie, mainly for that reason.  but also because i personally felt like the trailer i saw seemed lackluster and unappealing.

I loved the trailer.

I saw the trailer when I was in the theatre seeing Borat. I think the trailer for "Apocalypto" being good is the only thing that kept me from demanding my money back at the ticket counter.

Borat fucking sucked.
