Just downloaded it. Yeah I know Im a cheap fuck I buy albums too though.

So far so good. I like more blackish metal, but, this is great.

And to anyone who says "thats not real metal or shitty metal" your an ignorant piece of poo. Everything is relative, people have different tastes.

God.....
SO much metal would be good if ONLY they didn't have vocals.

Amon Amarth being a prime example. The music is great, but the singing RUINS it. Shame....

so many people say that. listen to Opeth or something. the various types of metal vocals are all that way because it's pretty much the most agressive and evil sounds a human can make. Opeth's major point is the contrast between the different musical styles and the different vocal styles. same with Agalloch too in many songs.

it's ridiculous to just dismiss the vocals as "ugly" or whatever. they fit with the music. I didn't like them at first either, especially since I first heard serious metal like suffocation and cryptopsy etc. once I got older and got some hair on my chest though, it was done. it's all about the metal vox. I have liked pantera since the 4th grade though...
