Maiden all the way.

Couple of buddies of mine put together a Maiden tribute band called "Edward the Great".

I've got all their TShirts....they're effin awesome!

i havent listen to soo much maiden so il have to go with megadeth.

megadeth sounds more together, and his vocal sounds it just takes a bit of getting used to.

infact im gona have to go listen to some rightnow.

megadeth is ausome driving music too.

I also loveee Yingwie Malmsteen. origionaly i heard of him and maiden at the same time and liked him more.

megadeth puts on a show that words just will not describe. it's flawless. dave totally goes into beast mode when he plays, you can tell he's focused on nothing but the music.

i'm sure maiden would be that way as well but i haven't been fortunate enough to experience it :frown:

i like both bands a lot. I used to be into both bands year ago even..I like really old maiden the best though.

I find iron maiden more mainstream than megadeath

But megadeath has put out a handful of terrible albums

Let us start a new thread about Metallica and Megadeth, I would still be even, I like both those bands, I have only seen Megadeth once live, and never seen Metallica live ever, except on a few live videos.

wow that's a close score. i voted for iron maiden, even though i'm not a big fan of either band. i just like iron maidens lyrical content better.

Slayer is the only band in the same vein I can appreciate. And I feel like i'm stooping to say they're in the same vein. I can't listen to metal that makes me laugh for too long... Overkill's pretty funny though.
