I've done four nights in a row without speed.

not only that, I was drinking heavily every night and instead of eventually passing out I would just sober up, that was the weirdest part.

after about two days you sort of hit a plateau, your senses get really heightened and you become more aware of your surroundings.

you also start to notice the effects of the things you drink more. A coke will give you a noticeable energy boost and crash, it's just weird.

If I stay up high on speed for even like 3 days, I start to hear random sounds and see quick flashes of things i think aren't there

it's very possible, only the first day without sleep you actually feel tired, then it just becomes a headache that builds up then usually 4-6 days later you just randomly crash for a day, and then you'Re good to go again
