I had to post some pictures, because its just that cool.






The big one has a hydraulic wheelchair lift that works, good stuff :smile:

Ill be selling these off this weekend so i can buy some more busses, and some more equipment and create some badass alternative fuel busses, with self processing vegetable oil refineries in the back :smile:

You ever see Penn & Teller's "Bullshit" episode about the end of the world?  They talk to an old dude in Canada who has the largest underground self supportable community built, and it's built completely out of old school busses. 

Kinda thought that was funny when I saw that, after I remembered you talking about a nomadic school bus community :grin:

yeah, im hoping to come back to canada in a converted bus, i really want to go and stay at that hostel for a few weeks, really interesting people there from all over the world, with tons of perspective!

Im sure that ill get into Canada with the bus, but I'm Not quite sure if the good ol' USA will let me back in, or not, or even sieze my bus, as vegetable oil is not a DOT approved fuel and hence illegal to run in a vehicle....

I suppose the worse case scenario is that i get stuck in Canada, And I have to tell you, It aint that bad :smile:!

selling these, using the money to buy more to create a bus that can self process its own fuel while on the road.

check the sci-tech forum for my new flash evaporator and inline filtration for on the road fuel production

cant you register the busses as an RV?
and maybe customs doesnt have to KNOW you are running a veggiebus, when you go through. i wouldnt tell them.

u.S Customs are fucking nazis.

yeah, im not going to half lie to customs, they dont like that from wha i recall the last time i was detained...

although i have come across the border before, and shown them my veggie system and was sent on my way, so who knows...

I plan on registering it as an RV, but most border crossings have a special lane for RV's and im pretty sure that there is a mandatory inspection.

do you really think they would go beyond searching for drugs & illegal aliens in your trunk, that they would
full on ispect the mechanics of your vehicle?
im sure if all your paperwork & smog certifcate from the DMV
lined up properly they wouldnt give a shit, no?
