sounds pretty good but i cant help but be pissed that Phil is playing with trey. i mean come on they are two different worlds. I'm sure the ghost was sick but i don't know if i could handle Phil playing phish songs. I'm probably just being bitter. i saw rhythm devils last week and i couldn't handle Gordan on bass for dead songs. i mean it was good don't get me wrong. but its like dead songs and then this funky PHISH sound coming out of left Field. i couldn't hang

phil and trey mesh well i think. the first shows he played with page are sublime. but ya i know what you mean tho. mixing jam styles dosent always work. some of treys crap this summer was a bit over the top. his squeeling guitar shit splatter somtimes dosent sound as palatable without phish

:lol: i'll admit it, i've been really pumped about seeing phil and try playing together before. but after seeing it too many times, i've gotten really burned out on it. that, and after a few franklin's with trey, i felt jerry rolling over in his grave.

i'd have rather caught gordo playing w/ steve kimock and the rhythm devils last week, but i forgot about the show until it was like 9pm the night of, and by then it was too late to make it
