I'm on a non-administrative account, and i already logged off of theres like a dumbass, so i cant uninstall anything. Plus even if i take it off, they already have all my passwords and shit. I can't really do anything about it because it is there computer.

the file paths.txt should lead you to the data it's logged

task manager will allow you to kill the process, hit ctrl+alt+del and click the processes tab

Mabey i got lucky. I'm not sure that they installed it yet. When i tryed to open it up to see what it was, it looked like they might not have installed it yet. Needless to say after tonight i will not be using this computer for anything personal

If i could get the answer to that math problem, mabey i could get on, and see exactly what they got.

hit ctrl+alt+del and click the processes tab, then find KGB and kill it (end task/end process)

Yeah it should be under processes as 1 or all 3 of these. (taken from the link you posted above)

Remove KGB Keylogger processes:

systems.exe
uninstall.exe
winlogons.exe (note, this is NOT winlogon.exe, make sure its winlogons.exe)

After you kill it, change all of your passwords.

Then make sure the first thing you do every time you get on that machine is killing those processes.

before i had my comp ovehauled, some bitch hacked in and set up several virus, some worms, rootkits,
oh, and a little thing called "winspy"

so i really had no privacy at all.

good thing i stopped doing online banking before it started.

reckon they have several passwords that i never changed tho :P

install torpark onto a usb disk
or run a linux live distro.

you'll be able to use the internet
with privacy.

http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/

download that and burn to disc as an .iso image
and reboot your the computer.
you should be able to use the computer as you like
and without your roommates spying on you.

or, if you have a usb pen drive, try this: http://www.torrify.com

install OS inside a version of Parallels or VMware, boot vmware and boot your OS that way -- this is done on a good size USB stick.

no trace left behind.

you should also have a decent system to do this, theyre both supposed to be minimally intrusive CPU-wise but I think those could be stretches.
