Secure PM's Not Working in IE

At least, that is true for me. I received an encrypted private message, and I put my password in and hit "Decrypt", and nothing happens. No sign of life other than that the button gets highlighted with a dashed border. Nothing on the status bar.

Now, when I open Firefox, it works fine. :shrug:

I realize that I should use Firefox, but it seems to crash more for me than IE, and also, periodically, all of my bookmarks will vanish in Firefox. The first time it happened, I was more active with growing, and I had created an elaborate bookmark menu with, say, a folder on Liquid Culture, one for Teks, etc., and to lose it was very bitter. :nonono:

But yeah, it this only occuring on my end or what?

Hmmm... haven't been able to replicate this with IE7, although I did discover another problem which I fixed (you were prompted for a username/password when decrypting). If there are any other IE users out there with secure PMs set up, could you please test it and let me know if it works for you? I have a sneaking suspicion it may be on your end, but if there's anything I can do to fix it, I will.

I appreciate the help. It is no concern for me to simply open Firefox the few times I get encrypted private messages, but I figured that if there was a bug somehow, you'd appreciate knowing. :wink:

And, yeah, it was asking for the password, as well. Maybe I should try it again with IE to see if it'll work now! :cool:
