Indigestion

I've never had digestion issues or heartburn. Then a little more than a month ago I went backpacking for a few weeks, which included a 48 hour fast. After I started eating again, I had really bad indigestion for a few days. After eating I felt slightly nauseous and had a lot of gas. That improved gradually.

However, something is still going on, because even today after eating a meal, my stomach is active and is very gurgley and disruptive. It doesn't feel like heartburn and it's not even that uncomfortable, just bothersome.

Any ideas what this could be? Am I eating something bad? Missing someting in my diet? Acid-reflux?
