Amsterdam and age

Me and a few friends will be attending the cannabis cup in nov. but uuhhh a friend is a couple months short of his 18th bday. Does anyone know the age required for a judges pass for the cup, Amsterdam doesnt give a shit do they?

Yes they will care, Weed is NOT legal in amsterdam or anywhere else in the netherlands, it is decriminalised and tolerated to an extent. They do not want kids smoking weed.

judges passes are purchasable by minors (get this) if you have a permission slip

if your parents sign your ok
