popcorn kernal hydration

it seems i over cooked my jars and saw on some other posts people have as well the popcorn at the top is dryish and harder while the bottom is yellowish and soft the mycelium is growing on the yellowish corn now, is their any way to rehydrate the other kernels with distilled h2O in a syringe then PC it then inject it for maximum sterilization or should i just wait till it colonizes on the yellowish corn fully and just use those kernels thought there are less of them?

You could break up the kernals by banging the jar when t's colonized, take a sterile water syringe, shoot the water down in there,shake the water around a little, tip the jar back and suck the water back up with myc fragments and have a ghetto liquid culture. and make some new jars colonize quicker without having to wait on spores to germinate :smile:
