soak in salt dissovled in isopropyl alcohol, it is the best way, let it soak for like 2-6 hours, then just run water over it, completely clean, no fuss at all. i think 420 and shit like that is the same stuff, dyed or something.

fuckin' Oxy-Clean!!
Works great!! Glass, metal, ceramic, even fimo-covered pieces. I've used it for 2+ years on my pieces (3 bowls and a bong) and never had a problem or hassle.

I've always found boiling works best... but I'm not a resin smoker, so I don't mind watching all that horrid-tasting stuff just boil away.
