Yohimbe Prep

After searching through the forums (using the search engine) I came up with only one post pertaining to the use of yohimbe. Although I was rather discouraged, I felt it my duty to look about on other sites such as the Vaults of Erowid, again coming up almost bare handed. In the Vaults a few experience reports were filed, but little information about prepartion of the yohimbe was mentioned.

After acquiring a fair share of yohimbe root bark powder, and looking through the web a bit to find some help, I'm now coming to my fellow shroomers. Does anyone have any suggestions on prepartion, or any info regarding how to get a good effect off the root bark powder? Oh and mind you, I'm not looking to G.A.H.A.P .(get as high as possible), more looking for subtle effects that wash over you.
