Good advice, but at the moment, I'm up against the wall on a couple of things, and they gotta be done by monday, so no rest for the wicked...

It's just like Jack Parsons working hard on his rocket ships, all the while dabbling in that Aleister Crowley occult stuff, while being defrauded by L. Ron Hubbard, and looking for that special woman to birth his "moonchild"...

Well, actually, it's not like that at all, but you get the idea...

I can now navigate the german ebay site.  They have plants for sale there that I don't see listed on the American ebay, but many of them say, "Versanden nur Europa"- shipping only to Europe.  :suicide:

I like the part where L. Ron Hubbard, when he was in the navy during World War II, spent three days bombing the bejesus out of of a known magnetic deposit, off shore from Astoria, Oregon, thinking it was two japanese submarines, before sailing down to Mexico and shelling the fuck out of one of their islands; creating a minor international incident...

I live in Astoria, and most people here don't know about that story. They know where the Goonies house is, but they don't know this is where L. Ron Hubbard started losing it... There is something deeply weird about this town; time and space seem to have no meaning here...

Speaking of creepy west-coast history, "The Black Dahlia" movie is coming out. I hope it's handled well. I still think it was that creepy gynecologist who was friends with John Huston and Man Ray... That makes a better story... That or Jack the Ripper...

Legal plants, I guess they don't want to deal with the hassle of US customs.  It's pretty gay.  For example, I found this amazing monstrose var. San Pedro column that fans out into a crested form at the top.  No inter-continental shipping.  :frown:

Oops, Anejo IS the gold. It's still good, but I like it before the oak barrell age.
