stoned wall, failed system

bitch out the customer service rep. for the 10th time, because they fail to send my winnings for my sports account, actually I had to fight with them over a fucking month, because these idiots where saying it was all my fault that they couldn't transfer my funds electronically because I gave them miss information,

but after a month of proving I gave them the right information, I mean they must think I had a 5th grade education when I varified serveral times that the information was correct, I mean just admit the system does not work on your side for some reason, its not my fault its yours, but they kept insisting its mine, but after researching the problem with my bank, and pointing out a few things to them, they realized in fact is was their fault, so my winning was suspended over a month, and constant hangling and stress, they finally figured it out, don't ever bet at sports interact, these people are complete morons, no compensation, nothing, for the crap they put me through, It goes to show that the integrity of an establishment is very important, and they say they couldn't mail my funds either, so if I didn't figure it out, they'd just keep the money, to me I think their trying to make things complicated so that I'll just go waste the money on a silly bet, so they wouldn't have to pay me, keep your eyes out for these frauds, the betting industry is a joke,

what was funny is that they kept saying their system never fails, but after much investigation they found out the encryption of their computers was off and the information was sent wrong, and they had me do all this extra stuff, ridiculous stuff, making me look like the one thats a fraud, like ID varfication, and stupid silly stuff, they kept insisting that I gave them false banking details, listen dum ass I've quadruple checked the details, I mean get over your fickled ass, its not on my side, suck up your pride and figure it out, what is the world comming to :confused:
