Everyone's perception of the 'divine within' is different.
I tend to think of entheogen as more individually psychologically defined (by user's intentions and actual reactions/realizations) than physically (a set group of chemicals, based on which receptors they hit).

i have to say i don't agree.
from my few expiriances with n2o it seemed to me that although my physical contact with my body was somehow detached my consciousness remained as clear as ever. it made me see "time" from a diffrent prespective and my own thought process (as you've mentioned) and well... the god within has never been more clear
still though, it did not feel right... it confused me very much since it made me question the flow of time and where my consciousness was emenating from (kinda scarry!)

I am not at all surprised that most people seem to disagree with my opinion on dissociatives. I realized, after my last dissociative experience that, for me, something seemed to be missing when compared to psychedelic trips. As I tried to figure out what it was, this article came out. I probably would have strongly disagreed myself 5 years ago, but a lot has changed in my head since then.
Thanks all for the read and replies!

i don't understand what you mean by this? the divine is the same for everybody, we all origionate from the same divine so how could our perceptions of it be different?
cause our consciousness clouds the divine

You assume perception is without error? Or that even the most accurate human perception is somehow clearly indicative of the nature of Being?
