soulseek problem

Every time I open it one or two minutes later it freezes.  I uninstalled it and then downloaded the whole program again.  I have checked google and searched soul-seek forums but came up with nothing.


Anyone ever experienced this problem?

Any help is appreciated. :smile:

did you delete your profile (those config files found in your Programs folder)?

I don't think so.  My music was still there and I still had the same username.  I just thought that would help if I re-installed it again.


Edit: I uninstalled everything from the C drive containing soulseek files.  :justdontknow:

are you doing anything in particular that makes soulseek freeze? Searches? How much ram do you have? can you reproduce the freeze?

other than that, I have no idea. there must be something wrong with your windows installation. but, perhaps try the latest build: http://www.slsknet.org/157.html

delete all config files, first.
