anyone ever seen a hawk moth, updated with pics. See im not nuts

It looks like a mini hummingbird and goes for the same flowers that hummingbirds go for. Its a crazy little creature. I will have some pics in a little while. And no its not just a small hummingbird.

Had one on my front door one night, could see it through the galss and scared the shit outta me! That thing was big as my head!! Pretty cool to see.

Holy shit that looks freaky! My sister is deathly afraid of moths (even the tiny ones). That one would give her a heart attack!

I dont know.. She has just always been afraid of them. When she was really young, she thought they could bite you. She knows they are harmless, but she still hates them

A new and different one showed up today. This one is black and is smaller than the first by about half.
