I'd just like to post a thank you to Captian Maxs at the sporelab for answering all my questions. I emailed a few vendors for information and captain max replied right away with very good info on the best way to grwo mushrooms.

That is the kind of customer service that gets my business!

Thanks bubba, I'm glad somebody appreciate my efforts!

My Help line is always open, 24/7. Some say they can't get fast help from other vendors - no help at all from some!

I believe that if a vendor can't help out thier customers. If they can't be bothered or don't know the answer, then that is pretty poor customer service!
