Central VA shrooms need identification.

first: Picture of various stages of growth

Habitat: Growing at or near the stumps of deciduous tree's. This is on my land which is partly wooded and has horses roaming all over. These samples were found in well manured soil, but not directly in fresh manure
Stem: White, slender elogated, cylindrical. Doesn't seem to bruise, just turns an off white when pinching. Breaks easy, hollow.
Cap: Mostly convex, some matured ones are flat or concaved on top (bowl shape) .5" to 2" wide. Brown to grey around edges fading to white in the center. Very delicate, don't liquify, just fall apart and compress.
Gills: Brownish to greyish Purple when fresh turning to a dark chocolate brown when drying.
Sporeprint: Cinnamon to chocolate brown with hue's of purple or burgundy in sunlight

Second:

Habitat: Growing at or near the stumps of deciduous tree's in the same general area as the ones above. These seem to like the shade a little more and tuck themselves under vines, in well manured soil, but not fresh manure.
Stem: Light brownish burgundy, slender elogated, cylindrical. Bruises a much darker burgundy/brown when pinching. Have purpleish spots on more mature stems. Dry to a almost blackish purple.
Cap: Mildly conical (bell shape), to convex .3" to 1.25" wide. Dark Brown getting slightly lighter to edges and directly on top. Kind of wavy margin on some.
Gills: Dark Grey with purple hue's. Turn very dark brownish black when handled or drying.
Sporeprint: Black with hint of violet in sunlight

P.S. My land was selectively logged a few years ago, and there are a lot of decaying limbs and such over the entire acreage pretty well decayed where these specimens were found, along with the decayed wood, there is naturally composted horse manure. Tree's were well dispersesd and ranged from oak, birch, locust, dogwood, walnut, white pine, poplar, maple, and various cedar tree's.

Those look like Psathyrellas. Spore print should be a dark purple brown.

Welcome to the shroomery.

That looks to be an inactive Panaeolus species. Not sure what species, though. Not edible. As you stated they emit black spores.
