Yeah I had to get a carton earlier. I ran out last night, that n. rustica flowie hooked me up with turned out to be a god send. I still have a bit left. Going to roll Sinister a bit to try when he gets up here and then mix the rest up with a bit of green for myself. :yesnod:

That's cool the bartender tossed you a couple free beers. I'm surprised they didn't toss you out for breaking so many glasses. :rotfl: Did you tip them well?

hey everyone!  Hope everyones having a great night.  I took my little brother outside to look at the moon with his new telescope.  Hes really small (5) so he thinks everything he sees is alien spacecraft, spaceships, and star wars type planets.  haha..of course this has nothing to do with me

Anyhow..  he pulled me out of my room to look at the crescent moon.  As he played, i was trying to search for this godforsaken moon.. once I found it, it was just a white blur.  As I began to focus it.. it suddenly became crystal clear.  I could see the texture of the surface clearly.  It  looked like a bright day on the surface and every meteor impact could be seen.  It totally blew me away.  I felt like I was looking at another world all together.  (wait, I was!)

Anyhow.. its was really, really cool seeing it with my own eyes.  I plan on following the cycle until it becomes a full moon.. I'm sure its going to be awesome to look at. :smile:

Don't want to drink the last of your old mans brew or just not feeling up to drinking Icehouse tonight? I'd polish it off. I have Old Mil tallboys tonight, they were on sale, $2.50 for a six pack.

Sounds like you're having a great night man. I used to love watching the sky when I was younger. Is it one of those cheap telescopes or is it a halfway decent one?

its definitely halfway decent. but by no means a good one. It serves its purpose. hehe.. and yes, I remember staying at a house in the desert. At night, my brothers and I would set up beach chairs outside and just lay back and look at the sky FULL of stairs. It was amazing. We saw some really crazy things up there...

Yeah I've also spent many nights outside star gazing. Sometimes dead sober, others inebriated beyond recognition. I haven't in a long while though. I'll have to change that. The crescent moon isn't visible here tonight, we got pounded with rain today, and it's still cloudy out.
