secure access box keeps coming up?

Some dialog box keeps randomly popping up that asks me to type my user name and password.

Is this something new? I've never seen it.

The first few times I ignored it. It said it was from shroomery.org

I hope I'm not being hacked or something because I put my info in it this time and it just occurred to me that I might have made a mistake.

If my account gets hijacked, you will know why :crazy2:

It's just that one thread in the Pub, someone embedded an image with https and for some reason the URL is not being autoconverted for non-supporters. Nothing to worry about, I'll fix it eventually. :wink:

Oh well in that case just enter your username and password when the SSL box pops up and don't worry about it. :smile:

yeah that box is for the supporter account thing. it logs you into a secure server for the shroomery. not sure exactly what it does somethin along the lines of encryping both ends so nobody can see inbewteen.

i saw it right now, and was like "what the hell is this?"

very interesting... it didnt take my user name and password, but went away by like the 5ith time i closed it.
