doing a guerilla grow, its one of the risks you take...so a clone is fine. I've noticed twice someone clipped off two lower branches for a clone and once someone harvested mature bud a day or so before i checked it. but whatever the plant is fine and why should i really complain, not like outdoor grows require a lot of effort if set up correctly.
