Who pollinates MJ plants?

I have around 20 species of plants on my deck, and most are in some state of flowering. I have honey bees, bumble bees, humming birds, and all sorts of butterflies hanging all over my plants, going from flower to flower doing their daily buisness. A very tranquil scene it is to watch them all going about natures work. One thing I've noticed though is that none of them seem to pay any attention to the MJ plant. None of the pollinating critters ever seem to land on its flowers or look for pollen on it. Why is that? Are MJ plants strictly airborne pollinators, or are there other pollinating insects out there that prefer plants in the hemp family?

airborne. even growing indoors, males will quickly and easily pollinate the heck out of any females with very little air movement.

I guess it's because MJ flowers don't have any nectar as such

Makes me think of something that happened to a friendly blue alien:
He has two beautifull female northern lights plants, in the garden, next to a big bush that separated his outerspace garden; then something weird happened: the plants were pollinated! the pistils all turned brown, and one month later, he had a lot of seeds! Well, he waited for the seeds, planning on planting more next season.. but why were they're pollinated? well, one day, he had a little look at the neighbourg's garden, and just behind that same bush were 4 big cannabis plants, apparently males!! He didn't know what strain they were, so up he went to see the neighbourg and ask him , but the green guy didn't know.. so my friend ended up with some crossbread seeds, and a neighbourg to smoke with  :grin: :grin:

I heard that MJ plants pollinate by releasing their pollens into the air... I'm not sure, I dont grow lol.
