Disinfection of a grow area

So I have heard various claims that Bleach will not kill mold spores due to the fact that it is never a strong enough mixture to do it.
For the past 5 or so grows, I have had many upsets and losses due to trich/green mold contamination. I have my own flowhood with tested sterile flow, and a great sterilization technique. I have less than a 20% contamination rate in my spawn (jars) but have an almost 90% contam rate when spawn running occurs.
I believe that my entire grow area (my basement) is infested with trich spores. I am always very clean in my spawning techniques, I've built a pasteurizer and always pasteurize my substrate for about 2 hours. I've even tried Agar's Myco-Nitro (correctly as were his instructions) only to lose EVERYTHING EVERY TIME to the green slut of a whore bitch skank cock-juggling green faggot of a mold.

Sorry for my emotions there but it's been quite a shitty time for me.
Anyway, I'll continue.
I've tried cleaning with a bleach solution. I've wet EVERYTHING down (floors, walls, desktops) and dried it up to prevent excess humidity. I have 2, thats right, 2 separate hepa units running 24/7 in the area just to keep the air clean. (They're Holmes units in case anyone was wondering.)
I've just about tried everything except covering the walls up with plastic sheeting and making my own (encased) sterility room of which will only be a plastic tent, hepa filters, my flowhood, grow erea and thats about it.
Does anyone have any other ideas before I get to this point?
Roger, you've managed to beat the mean green i've seen... are there any other disinfectants i can try? Should i blow up the houes and collect insurance?
Any help would be greaT!

I think the hepa's will kick up more spores and stuff than they will filter out.
I'd shut them right down. FAE is a great enemy of trich. Also trich seems to thrive in an acidic environment. check the ph of your substrate.
you can try baking soda solution to raise ph. maybe even a very very light touch of hydrated lime in your water to raise ph.
I always try to think ph balanced and as much FAE as RH will allow.

Perhaps humidity is causing the mold outbreak? I dont know enough atm, but you can get your house and basement tested for Green mold and such then they will help you get rid of it i assume. But running a de-humidifier most surely will decrease the chances of it growing.

Would a baking soda solution raise the PH?
I've never heard of using baking soda to do so... Then again sodium bicarbonate is a basic substance. I was wondering if that might be harmful to the mycelium?

you can use a baking soda solution to raise ph.
it should not harm your mycelium.

are you keeping the grow contained. such as using the double tub tek without ever opening the tubs during spawn run. and fruiting?
i also think the guy wizoloz is right up there. get a dh it will definatly cut down on mold growth. becuase the mold will have nothing to feed on
