Texas Cubes

First time shroom hunting. We were hunting in Houston, Tx, in some pasture land, and found a bunch of these cubes!








^Just had that sitting there for like 20 minutes, just for an idea. It was purplish brown

How many of these badboys do u think you would need for a nice trip?

I'd eat about 1/2 of them, but that may be a bit much for a newbie. Start with about a 1/4 of the, IMO. I live 2 hours east of houston. All the good rain the last few days has me itching to hit the fields.

probably be best to try and dry them - if you're gonna store for a week, they have a lot of moisture that is of no use to you - i dont know why but it seems like taking wet mushrooms that have been sitting causes bad stomach problems....

dry them using desiccants or something =)
p.s. use one of the desiccant teks

kk, i actually tried drying some mushrooms i thought were good (but wern't), with that one technique where you shine a light on them while they are under a black t-shirt. Ill try to get some desiccant though. thanks for the help!

They'll be all moldy within a few days if you don't dry them. That's my experience at least.

look at my avatar i found tons of shrooms so liten to my advice
(yes im being cocky thanks)

try eating 4 of them fresh no more than 4
(2 medium sized ones and 2 small ones. Or eat that big ass one and 2 small ones)

dont eat half that pile in a million years unless you like testing the limit of insanity. If you want a good pleasent experiance visually and mentally listen.

Thanks for the dosage advice, if i had a weighing scale I would have weighed out a dose. All I can find on the internet is people recomending a dose in weight.

Thats actually my Ibanez GAX70, not my main ax tho. My main ones a standard fender strat, gonna start getting it modded up =)

I would eat 1/4th of those finds. That way you can still think straight enough to enjoy you're trip and to let go.

I'd probably eat them all. I learned to eat shrooms by just eating them until I couldn't anymore. Lots of people here will say that's an irresponsible thing to say to someone, but that's just the way I learned. Anyhow, I think 1/4th of them would be a whacked trip for you. Enjoy.
