Dropped acid for the first time...just one hit...question about tolerance

I'll make this brief. Say a friend of mine acquired 3 hits of unperfed white blotter,for the first time he had ever acquired/taken acid. Now imagine that, theoretically,he decided just to drop one hit. Now, this friend definitely trips but the trip is not as hard as he would have liked. He feels the psychedelic energy of the lsd going through him, music is absolutey incredible, he feels connected with everything like he never has before, and he studies himself in the mirror like he has never seen himself. However, this friend does not have much in the sense of visuals or much time distortion, even after smoking some herb to increase the effects. For these reasons, this friend wants to try lsd again, but take the other 2 hits at the same time.

Now imagine, theoretically now, that this friend took some lsd very early on a friday. Again, it was his first trip and it was only off one tab. Do you think that dropping the other 2 tabs on tuesday afternoon would be fine, or do you think that he would trip more if he waited at least until friday?

First, when was the last time he tripped or rolled BEFORE his first LSD trip?  If it was a long time, then I'd say the tolerance will probably be minimal, but the experience itself won't be as profound having tripped just a few days earlier.  At least that's my experience.  But it is minimal...I mean the trip should still be great, it is LSD afterall, but I doubt there will be much of a tolerance issue since he only ate one hit and didn't get floored the last time.

This person had only ever tripped on salvia before, and only twice. And that was about a month before this.

Take both on Tuesday and the trip will be great. Should be barely any tolerance issues.  :mushroom2:

Yeah, it should be ok... Just remeber trips from acid are unpredictable... I don't think the tolerance would be an issue.

Thanks guys. You have given my friend some great advice, however, he has changed his plans. He tripped alone the first time, as he wanted the trip to be very introspective. He has just recently been informed, however, that one of his very close, trusted friends wants to watch him trip the second time if he would like to.

He thinks he is going to hold off until the weekend sometime, and trip with his friend around. He believes that he is making a good choice, as he feels very comfortable being around this girl.

When my friend first dropped acid friday, one of the first things he was amazed about was how many layers of BS were simply dissolved, and how he took an attitude of total self honesty and acceptance. He thinks it will be a good experience to have a close friend around this time to share his thoughts with.

He is very excited. :smile:
