I have noticed that when I drink capri sun,notibly the red berry kind,I get a stomach ache,almost like cramps.Whats up with?Any nutrionist here?

I had to stop eating Frosted Flakes for the same reason. (And yes, I was chewing it thoroughly.) I think the frosting contains ground glass.  :blush:

Considering 9.6oz of liquid contains 26grams of most likely sugar (since there is no fiber) and that the ingredients aren't listed, there could be many reasons. It could also depend on how much additional sugar you are taking in daily; the caprisun might be pushing it over the edge.

I got the same thing from drinking that and other crap like Lipton Iced Tea. It's the combination of citric acid with all the fructose. That shit is really not good for you, which is why i stopped drinking soft drinks.
