Amazing 'pounding' Minimal techno set.
    #5550626 -

02.04.2k6 @ THE FLAME AFTERHOUR - COSMOBAR -- 4th mix on the page.

Drones, blonks, splonks, funky sounds, trippy -- it sounds so wrong, but so right. To me, it sounds like alot of this stuff *should* sound annoying - but it doesnt, it works.

Minimal techno but with a very pounding edge.

Dude this IS amazing. I've heard a lot of minimal techno and it can suck, but this has some chemistry man. I'm loving this big time. Nice link.

Glad you guys are enjoying it

It's not too often where I get the feeling of "woah, music like this actually exists?", so much of this set sounds so unique and nothing like anything I have heard before (and I consume ALOT of music), it boggles my mind and I love it.

I just wish I had a track-listing of this set so I could find out what some of the songs are, I only recgonize one or two of them, like Radio Transmission by Sleeparchive -- but he's done a remix or mixed it in some way to give it a much harder/crunchier edge than the original.

02.04.2k6 @ THE FLAME AFTERHOUR - COSMOBAR : That is one set, its not two different sets with the file name. File name is CosmobarAfter.mp3

There are two other sets on that page that are just named "Track 1" - but also have the date : "31.01.2006 - Track 01.mp3" and "24.02.2006 - Track 01.mp3", but they are different sets.

i really like his track selection....kinda reminds me of BZ from intec.
it got kind of irritating during a few transitions though, too much mud around 80 hz. he needs to work a little bit on his eq skills and a lot on his levels, i think the mix jumped like 10 db from start to finish, but overall not a bad mix. props for keepin it alive.
