Male pot plants...

What are some reasons one would continuously get male plants? 100% of the plants started in the last couple months have been male... What conditions could be off?

The sex of plants isn't determined by conditions, its determined by genetics. You simply got unlucky with the seeds you planted, very unlucky it seems.

SOME people say that if the taproot touches the bottom of the container it is in it is more likely to be male. Im not saying I agree because I have never had that problem. But SOME people say that :/

Are you sure they aren't hermaphrodites? Hermaphrodites often occur more often because of stress related issues, like strange light cycles, heat, etc.

You'll get more females if there is at least 6" for the tap root. Warm conditions (18-24oC) and high nitrogen fertilizer. Soak seeds in week nutrient solution for 12-24 hours before planting. This should give you 60-90% females.

And thinking about it this makes sense...the males only need a small amount of pollen to fertize a whole female, but the female needs to produce the whole next generation of seeds. Therefore it would make sense that more females grow in better conditions, and the males in the less favourable ones... Maybe I'm just stoned, but it makes sense to me!

Same applies to people, DrJ, but we have a roughly 50% male/female population.

Conditions: 400w MH daytime of 75-84F (min/max), nights of 60-70F 3-4 plants under light Pots are too big if anything, mix of soil/perlite/sand/ferts that has worked for me and buddies in the past. Also, I have heard of improper PH causing entire crops to become male, but I am unable to pull up the page on google again, so I have nothing to reference to try and solve my problem. Hmmm... Thanks Dr. J, I'll be trying that

Hmmm, out of the last 13 plants I grew, 13 were female. All from regular seeds too. IDK what's up with that but i'm happy. If genetics was the only factor, the probability of getting a 13:0 female:male ratio would be .5^13...so environment plays a role.

A weak nutrient solution such as what?
