Donating Blood

I signed up to donate blood on May 2nd or 3rd, and I last smoked on the 25th. It was 3 bowls of high-mid grade stuff. I don't smoke regularly, once last week, and maybe a month the time before that. Is it okay for me to give blood, keeping in mind that I will be exercising, eating right, and all that jazz just in case?

I'd really hate to not do it, because of social repercussions, but I also don't want to be the asshole that gives even slightly "dirty" blood, even though marijuana is rather harmless.

Tips, suggestions, etc?

In Ontario at least they don't ask you about pot, most of their questions are abous sex and coke.
