Its weird, I actually had a dream that I was listening to "The Last Stop" by Dave Mattews last night.  I remember thinking good that song is.  I'm getting tix :thumbup:

exactly.  by the time I'd even heard of DMB, it was cool to hate them, and so I just kinda co-opted the prevailing opinion. 

Then I saw em at bonnaroo and downloaded some live sets, and now I'm hooked.  I challenge anyone to attend a good DMB show and come out of it saying they suck  :lol:

I too didnt like the band...until I actually listened to em. Carter Beuford?...anyway, one of THE best drummers ever. Ive got these videos of victor wooten and carter jamming away, talk about fucking talent. A match made in heaven if you will.

Many will argue the battle is between him and neil purt. I wont get into that...its like jimmy vs. page. Diffrent strokes I guess...

Ide say the only guy that doesnt belong is the bassist. Who is that guy anyway?

Stephen is a prodigy, they picked him up while he was a youngen

and I never said I hated dave, they are the only band that I like pretty much that is still together and/or new for that matter.

Carter does rip on the drums, I was dissapointed with the last album, as they said that a few of their fans would be. I acknowledge their ability to broaden the scope, but they know how to stay on track at their shows. Hope I get to see them this summer.
