Why does that bother you though? They came to see DMB and you come to see the whole festival...they are the tools wasting all their money. I just don't understand why it bothers people. I go to see a show so I can see my favourite artists perform, not give a shit about who else is showing up because I could really care less.

I really can't imagine any group of people at any show that would prevent me from enjoying a performance. To each his own.

dmb is great live...he gets a bad rap cuz his fans are mostly of the frat variety..it should be a good show though....i just saw dave on Vh1 with trey anastasio, it was called "dave and trey goto africa"

Actually in this case, the whole reasoning behind not going is because Dave Matthews Band sucks. I wouldn't go for the music OR the crowd.

It may not entirely ruin the show, but it can put a damper on it. I enjoyed Ozzfest this year, but my enjoyment of it was diminished by the presence of a few neo-nazi skinheads with swastika tattoos.

I liked 'Crash' so much that I went out and bought a whole bunch of Dave Matthews slbums, but I just couldn't get into any of them.  Not a single one.

I'm not sure how relevant that is to what's going on in this thread, but I thought I would throw that one out there.  :flowers:

I was in rite aid buying melatonin, and they started to play some dave matthews song that went blah blah blah sleep all day blah blah blah sleep all day.  It was good and catchy without being obvious.

I was surprised cause the whole time I was like "What a good creative song".  I also like a few of his other songs a lot.  They all have shroomy vibes to me.  However, there is a lot of his stuff that is like "this is good...for muzak..."

It makes me happy to find out something I used to not like is good. :laugh:  More good things in the world is always nice.

And I don't give a shit about the fans.  A lot of idiots like the beatles too, that doesn't make them any less good.  I'd go see Dave live, but I'd wear a gap shirt and khakis so I fit in and didn't ruin everyone elses vibes with my hippy shit or hemp shirts.
