Does anyone else have the Nesco American Harvest Snackmaster Food Dehydrator - FD-40

I just bought this one off someone and I was wondering if anyone knew the how hot this thing got inside and if it's safe to use for shrooms..

i believe thats an FD-50, I know that one has the adjustable temp dial, I wanted that one but couldn't find it.
