psy trance and speakers
    #5479682 -

ok so I am moving into my apartment this summer and one thing that I definatly can not live without is good speakers. I have a stereo now that has decent sounds, its just some walmart system, but it works nicely.

So I am looking to get some speakers that will have the most pristine sounds. I dont want to pay out my ass either because im workin a low paying job.

Keep in mind these speakers are for psy trance and related electronic musics.

any ideas?

Go on craigslist. I was in the market for some good surround sound book shelf size speakers and a center channel, i got some JBLs for 50 bucks, excellent condition and they sound amazing.

you can buy the best speakers there are but with a cheap amp etc (don't know if yours was cheap) they still won't give you the most pristine sound.

Buying some pretty decent speakers second hand is probably your best option. Just see what you can find and try to find reviews for it on the internet. Also good speakers are good for any kind of music. Don't start looking for 'psy-trance-speakers'  :smirk:

yea, but the way I see it is.. If the speakers are good enough for psy trance, then they are good enough for any music. For me at least.. I dont listen to the details of lynyrd skynyrd, I just listen to the lyrics and rock n roll, unlike psy trance with very graphic songs.
